Friendly and helpful staff always around when you needed them. the room was modern and clean with a fantastic view, which I really enjoyed. the eggs and bacon were exceptional - a real standout! 🌟...

Breakfast is scarce

The room itself was functional, beautifully maintained and had the things we needed. the restaurant was perfect for breakfast. the property's location was particularly good and perfect, to the metro for downtown Manhattan....  

thoroughly enjoyed our free and satisfactory breakfast with fresh fruit and toast, as for instance. location: the hotel was adjacent to a most excellent peruvian restaurant called la lima, the subway station and also grocery store, and many different...  

The staff were both wonderful and lovely. The view from our exceptional queen room was particularly good.

The whole place was clean and the staff were extremely friendly and excellent. Comfortable and perfect location, walk from a tube station, exactly where we wanted to be. - the food for breakfast was tasty and good....

We had some noisy neighbours, but the hotel staff dealt with the situation very well.

Excellent value. Staff was very courteous, room was very comfortable, great bed. I would stay here again next trip to nyc.

Only drawback is the lengthy subway trip to Times Square. But since the subway stop is right across the street, that isn't much to complain about.
